What is the recommended liquid or solvent with which to clean the sample cell?

If I'm not getting good readings from my analyzer, what should I look at first?

How can we change the range on a 7600 analyzer? Only a small change is required from 0-50 ppm CO to 0-60 ppm.

Q: ​What is the recommended liquid or solvent with which to clean the sample cell? ​

A: It is recommended to use ethanol (ethyl alcohol) with purity of at least 99.5%, followed by flowing dry nitrogen once the cell is re-installed. ​

A: Make sure the purge gas is connected and running into the analyzer.​

A: Instructions are as follows:

Model 7600 Range Change: 

Enter Maintenance Mode 

Select Item 7 Other Parameter 

Select Range Setting. 

Select the Channel / Component to be modified. 

This should bring up a screen that shows

Range Num: ​

Use the menu to adjust the values as needed.​
