3020 FAQ

How do you determine the need to replace the micro-fuel cell in Teledyne trace oxygen analyzers?

What is the weight of the 3020T analyzer?

Can the sensor inside the 3020M be used with this sample whose temperature is about 85 Degree C directly?

If not, how can we do this, as the user does not accept temperature reduction with the sample?

What is the power load (Amps) for the 3020T?

My Analyzer is set up for the B1 sensor, can I use the A5 instead without making any hardware changes?

A: There are C3 connections in the mixture (Acetone ). The epoxy in our cell is not resistant to Acetone. The sensor cannot be used for this application.

Q: What is the power load (Amps) for the 3020T?

A: The power consumption should be 130 Watts max.

As to the current load, it would depend in voltage setup: for 120VAC it should be about 1.1 A max, for 220VAC it should be about 0.60 A max.

Beyond this of course there is a start up transient.
