Q: When I try to calibrate analyzers by pressing Zero and span it is showing "This function is password protected". Please advise how to remove it.

A: I suspect someone pressed the logout function. First they should enter the password function and see if the default password is there and press enter to log back in. My hope is that nobody changed the password and left the default password. If this does not work, then yes, the only way to go is cold start. Press the system button and power up to go back to factory default. But before that copy down the pressure compensation factor. Then after cold start, re-enter the pressure compensation factor and re-do zero and span.
