7600 - Non-Dispersive Infrared Gas Analyzer

If I'm not getting good readings from my analyzer, what should I look at first?
How can we change the range on a 7600 analyser? Only a small change is required from 0-50 ppm CO to 0-60 ppm.


If I'm not getting good readings from my analyzer, what should I look at first?

Make sure the purge gas is connected and running into the analyzer.

How can we change the range on a 7600 analyser? Only a small change is required from 0-50 ppm CO to 0-60 ppm.

Instructions are as follows:

Model 7600 Range Change:

Enter Maintenance Mode

Select Item 7 Other Parameter

Select Range Setting.

Select the Channel / Component to be modified.

This should bring up a screen that shows

Min Range
Range 1
Range 2
Max Range
Range Num:

Use the menu to adjust the values as needed.
